IAP connection error

Three times the ios pop up that says all set appears after making a purchase, but the app itself says it could not connect to the apple store and says check connection, with both Wifi and data working perfectly. I better not have been triple charged for undelivered product or Im filing a complaint with Apple.

Its unfortunate, because I loved the first version of the game, and my son now is an avid player. Please do not listed apps on the app store that are incompatible with ios hardware, this is a reasonable request from a developer charging the fees that you are.
